Privacy notice

Who we are

noddle is a free, non-commercial project run by Aleksandra Gabrić, who is responsible for your data. You can reach us at privacy@hellonoddle.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. Nothing else: no name, no phone number, no payment details.

To see how many people visit the site, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It counts page views without cookies and without identifying you or following you across other sites.

Why we collect it

We use your email address only to tell you when noddle opens and to send occasional updates about it. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing or use it for anything else.

We rely on your consent. You give it when you sign up and confirm your address, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who handles it for us

Our waitlist is run by Kit, an email service that stores your address and sends our emails. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Their servers may be outside the UK and the European Economic Area, and those agreements include the safeguards the law requires for that.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or until noddle’s waitlist closes, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you. You can also email privacy@hellonoddle.com and we’ll remove you by hand.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@hellonoddle.com and we’ll reply within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK.

Changes

If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top. If the change matters, we’ll email you first.
